Summit Area Media Specialist Meeting

The next Summit Area Media Specialist (SAMS) Meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2005, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Green High School. The agenda will include:

• Dana Bowker, NEOnet Library Automation Services Specialist, will discuss any concerns you have about MultiLIS and SIRSI Migration update.
• Ken Burhana will discuss the new high school program of Libraries and Media Services at Kent State University. If a field trip isn't doable with your school budget, Ken will discuss other alternatives to help students with the high school to university library transition.

Directions to Green High School: 77 South to 241 Massillon Rd. exit. Turn right and drive approximately 1/2 mile to Boettler Rd. (stop light). Turn right and Green High is down a couple of blocks on the left. Park in the first parking lot and enter first entrance.
