SSWAT and ODBC Training Fiscal Services will hold SSWAT Training in October and ODBC Training In November. Listed below are training dates and times. SSWAT (State Software Web Access Tool) This training is for USAS users that want to learn all about using SSWAT. SSWAT is a read-only, 'user-friendly', point-and-click alternative to ACTSCN, OINQ, and EIEIO. In SSWAT, you have the ability to query accounts, checks, invoices, purchase orders, requisitions, vendors, and receipts with related links. This application is updated on a nightly basis, so all information in SSWAT is a day behind. Please ensure you have access to SSWAT before attending the training.
Each SSWAT training session will cover the same material. All training sessions will be held in the NEOnet training lab within the NEOnet offices and will last approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Safari ODBC This training is for USAS and USPS users that wish to learn how-to use Safari ODBC. This would be considered an entry-level training session, but is not limited to first-time users. Safari ODBC enables you to select, sort, and filter data and display the information directly in a spreadsheet application such as Excel. We will cover how to download and configure the software needed to use Safari, how to query, sort and filter data, and finally how to display the results in Excel.
The training lab can accommodate up to 12 individuals per training session. If you are interested in attending one the available sessions, please email Steve Avramovich at avramovich@neonetda.org with the session you would like to attend. Since space is limited, seats will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. |
